Motherhood - Take Two

Seeks painted trifles and fantastic toys, and eagerly pursues imaginary joys. ~Mark Akenside

I messed up on my previous post, as there was not a visible human face in the picture (which is half the point of I Heart Faces). So, here is my new entry. Motherhood, for me, is about sometimes allowing the mess. It's about sometimes cleaning up after they've gone to bed, and sometimes just leaving it for them to play in the next day. It's about enjoying these moments of exploration and fun instead of worrying about the mess that's being made.

  1. M is for 'mess' as much as it is for 'motherhood', that is for sure! Love your little mess here.

  4. You are 100% right...it's OK to have a mess, see a mess, or leave a mess. It's reminder that your home is happily lived in with children :)
